HSS Hire has received the green light from the Competition and Markets Authority enabling it go ahead and sell its UK Platforms business to Nationwide Platforms Ltd., a subsidiary of Lavendon Group.
The sale will enable HSS to reduce its debt and focus on its core tool hire business.
