Kingfisher has named John Wartig as its chief transformation and development officer, in what is a new role for the business. Wartig was originally drafted in as interim chief financial officer back in April and will commence in his new role on October 21st. Bernard Bot is joining Kingfisher as its permanent CFO later this month. Both will report to Thierry Garner the new CEO for Kingfisher who replaced Veronique Laury.
