Oliver Sweeney will not re-open stores

Oliver Sweeney stores will not re-opening following the easing of lockdown restrictions. The business is, instead, taking the administration route to exit bricks and mortar retailing. Its online and wholesale operations will remain intact with CEO Tim Cooper continuing in his role. Chief operating officer Chris Webster departed from the business a few months ago.

This is not the first administration for Oliver Sweeney. The last time, back in 2009, it was rescued by Amery Capital.
