Alibaba has confirmed that its new UK general manager, also covering the Netherlands and Nordics, is Roland Palmer.
Roland PalmerPalmer, who is based in the Netherlands was previously head of Europe for Alipay and also held the role of managing director for the Netherlands and Belgium for the Chinese business, replaces David Lloyd.
Lloyd, who previously held the role at Alibaba, moved to Awin this month to take up the role of chief customer officer.
