Unbound Group, parent of Hotter, has recruited Alastair Miller to its board as an independent non-executive director.
Alastair MillerHe will chair the company’s audit and risk committee, also becoming a member of its remuneration committee and nominations committee effective 31st December.
Miller currently serves as a non-executive director at Superdry and was CFO of New Look from 2000-2014.
