Colin Henry has been appointed Interim CEO at Revolution Beauty – effective 31st May, when current CEO Lauren Brindley leaves to join US beauty brand Ulta Beauty Inc.
Avon has announced the expansion of Axel Moricz de Tecso’s role as Chief Commercial Officer. He will now lead the Core Markets while continuing to oversee Global Sales and Omnichannel.
Leanne Cahill has left Bravissimo following a restructure by parent company Wacoal Europe. Cahill joined Bravissimo as Finance Director in 2017 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2018. She was appointed CEO in 2020.
In a post on LinkedIn, Cahill said: ” All good things must come to an end, and six months post acquisition it’s now time for me to say my goodbyes as I step down as CEO at Bravissimo.
What a wonderful seven years it’s been. Together, we’ve taken Bravissimo through some of the most challenging times in living history, and emerged stronger. We’ve made bold changes and innovative leaps forward to be the best we can for our customers, making sure Bravissimo is a place where they can truly celebrate themselves and where our teams can thrive and achieve their potential.”
Halfords has appointed Henry Birch as CEO he replaces Graham Stapleton, who has stepped down after seven years with the retailer. Birch was previously CEO at The Very Group.
Digital transformation consultancy Daemon has promoted Richard Newsome to Non-Executive Chairman. In this new role, Newsome, who previously worked as CTO at Sainsbury’s and Cancer Research, will continue to support Daemon’s business growth and work in the retail sector, while expanding its footprint into financial services and the public sector.
Whistl has appointed Natalie Sehnal as director of fulfilment and contact centre Solutions. Natalie, who has been with the business for over 22 years, will be responsible for Whistl’s Contact Centre Solutions operations based in the North East and South West of the UK. The company supports a variety of customers in sectors ranging from care homes, financial assistance providers, retail brands and entertainment venues with companies including Museum Selection, Swoon, TOCA Social and J.Parkers.
BigCommerce has appointed SaaS and eCommerce veteran Andrew Norman as senior vice president and general manager for EMEA. Norman joins from Sendcloud (a Softbank Company), where he led the enterprise, UK and partners teams. He previously worked at Auctane (a Thomas Bravo Company), where he served in general manager roles for ShipStation in Canada, Europe and Australia and New Zealand, as well as general manager for Metapack.
