Heritage British fine art pottery business Moorcroft has appointed Moore Recovery and John Pye Auctions to explore all opportunities to find a buyer who will commit to restarting production after it was forced to cease trading.
Should no buyer for the business materialise then it will fall to John Pye Auctions to dispose of the company’s assets by auction which it says comprise both the tangible and the intangible including freehold and leasehold premises, plant machinery and specialist equipment, office contents, stock, brand, trademarks, website, social media assets, customer file and historic records.
