Frasers Group has acquired children’s brand Frog Bikes out of administration for an undisclosed sum, according to a report on the Sky News website.
The bike retailer, which was founded in 2013, appointed FRP Advisory earlier this year, citing the effects of Brexit, increasing costs and a decline in sales as key challenges it had faced.
