Samsung Electronics has expanded its partnership with Checkout.com to support digital payments across more of its ecommerce operations in Europe and North America. The agreement builds on Checkout.com’s existing work with Samsung’s eCommerce operation in the Middle East and North Africa.
Checkout.com will provide acquiring, payment processing and transaction optimisation across Samsung.com and the Galaxy Store. The companies said its Intelligent Acceptance system will use network data to reduce failed payments and improve transaction performance.
Samsung Pay will also become available to Checkout.com merchants through its Flow integration from 31 October, giving participating online and app-based retailers another digital-wallet option.
