Everton FC has signed a 10-year deal with sports gear etailer
Kitbag to have the latter handle all of the club’s retail,
online, and mail order operations. The partners expect to
generate more than £30 million in revenue.

N Brown Group chief exec Alan White talks to Crain’s Manchester Business about how the
multititle mailer is using call centre staff to make outbound
sales calls and will be cutting the trim size or pagination of
some of its print catalogues.
