Sofa Workshop will be forced to call in the
administrators today unless it finds a buyer, according to the
Financial Times.
The administrators of Waterford Wedgwood have signed a
letter of intent to sell the tableware manufacturer/marketer to
KPS Capital, a US fund specialising in distressed companies,
reports The Times.
