ASOS has confirmed that Natasja Laheij and Jose Manuel Martinez Gutierrez have been appointed to its board as independent non-executive directors.
Natasja is currently senior finance director for Google EMEA and brings 25 years of experience to ASOS from roles with Deloitte Australia, Sony Ericsson, Apple and Amazon Fashion Europe. Jose Manuel has a 30 year track record in retail and fashion having held director level roles with Inditex and Esprit.
The online retailer also advised that Patrick Kennedy has stepped down from his role as senior independent director.
