Dunelm has appointed Ben Carter as its chief marketing officer, in a first for the multichannel retail business.
Ben CarterDue to join in mid-January, Carter arrives from Purplebricks and will report to CEO Nick Wilkinson, with a remit spanning Dunelm’s ongoing brand development, performance marketing, CRM and customer acquisition.
