Holland & Barrett H&B) has appointed April Preston as its global product director.

Preston has spent the past three years in a similar role at M&S Food.
H&B chief commercial officer Alex Dower commented: “I am delighted to have April onboard, this is a real coup for H&B as we believe someone of April’s extensive experience will prove pivotal in enhancing our transformation strategy; a vision of helping 100m customers globally achieve their health & wellness goals.”
H&B has, recently, faced something of a customer boycott when its ties to Russian ownership were revealed by campaigners who are against the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It is not known how this is affecting current sales at H&B.
