M&S has ‘forgotten about the customer’


The Daily Mail’s This is Money column reports that the great
grandson of Michael Marks, the cofounder of Marks & Spencer, Sir David
Sieff, who himself has spent 40 years at the business, said that Marks &
Spencer has “forgot about the customer”, after the retailer released its
results for the 13 weeks to 29th June 2013, yesterday.
