M&S has confirmed that Monique Leeuwenburgh has been promoted to the role of director of sourcing. It has also recruited Dani Williams as its director of commercial operations for clothing and home.

This follows the departure of the Lindsey brothers, who had come out of retirement in 2014 to assist M&S in the overhaul of its sourcing process, and that of Stephen Fitzgerland who is leaving the post of commercial and operations director.
Dani Williams joins the business having previously held director level roles with Debenhams and Dixons.
