Mothercare creates new role of Commercial Director


Mothercare, the nursery and maternity products retailer, has
announced that the group is creating a new role of commercial director for the
UK, who will work closely with Philippe Dayraud, director of product and
sourcing, and Jude Bridge, director of marketing. Mothercare has confirmed Matt
Smith, currently finance director of Argos, will be joining as group finance
director, while Mike Logue, currently managing director UK, will be leaving the
business next month.
