Lynda Petherick has been named the new CEO of New Look. She will replace Helen Connolly, who is leaving the business in September.

N Peal has appointed Paul Spinks as Managing Director. Paul joins from Fairfax & Favor, where he spent 7 years.

Henrik Nordvall has left Matalan after just six months as CEO.

Marks & Spencer has appointed Matt McLellan as Director of Loyalty. He replaces Jade Sharpe and will join from Morrisons in early 2027.

Simon Ellis has left Pets At Home. He was most recently Head of AI Transformation and Enterprise Architecture, having joined the retailer in 2020.

Will Kernan will succeed Peter Ruis as Managing Director at John Lewis. Kernan has been a non-executive director at John Lewis since 2003.

Mountain Warehouse founder Mark Neale is stepping down as CEO and will be suceeded by Marcus Ward, who has worked at the reailer for over 19 years. Neale will, however, retain his role as Executive Chair. Mountain Warehouse has also appointed Marsha Smith as Global Retail Director. She joins from M&S.

ASOS has confirmed that Ben Blake, EVP Customer & Commercial, and Przemek Czarnecki, EVP Technology will leave the business at the end of the month.

John Rastall has joined Bensons for Beds as Commercial Director. He was previously at DFS where he held a similar role.

Next has appointed Steve Coates as Menswear Product Director. He joins from Primark, where he spent 12 years.

Zoe Matthews has joined N Brown as its Managing Director of Retail.
