Ron McMillan, who has served as chair of the N Brown Group board for eleven years, will step down today, 30 April, ’24. CEO Steve Johnson will also assume the role of interim executive chair while a replacement for McMillan is sought.

Meg Lustman, an independent non-executive director, will assume the role of interim chair of the Nominations & Governance Committee until a permanent successor to McMillan is appointed.
Johnson commented: “Ron has made a significant contribution as chair and has played a critical role in the transformation of this company. On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Ron for his dedication to N Brown .”
Vicky Mitchell, an independent non-executive director of N Brown Group, has also notified the board of her intention to step down in July due to other professional commitments.
