New non-executive director to join ProCook

ProCook Group plc, has announced that Luke Kingsnorth has informed the Board of his intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Group and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, to focus on other professional commitments, with effect from 25 June 2024. The Board is pleased to announce that Meg Lustman will be appointed a Non-Executive Director on the same date and will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee.

Meg has over 35 years of retail experience and was previously CEO of Hobbs. Prior to this, she held senior positions at many of the UK’s leading fashion retailers, including John Lewis, Warehouse, and Aurora/Mosaic Fashions.

Meg is currently a non-executive director of N Brown Group plc and Chair of its Remuneration Committee and interim Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee.
