After “days of talks with its bankers” German
retailer Quelle has begun to receive the first payments of
its €50 million government-guaranteed loan allowing it to
continue trading, writes Deutsche Welle.

The Times profiles Robert Keitch, the new
head of the DMA. He doesn’t come across as especially
sympathetic to consumers’ concerns about privacy–but then
again, The Times doesn’t come across as especially sympathetic
to direct marketers either.

Celebrating 10 years in business this week is Scottish mail
