Harry and David is allegedly suing IBM. The
gourmet food cataloguer says IBM knowingly sold it software
that infringes another company’s patents reports Computer World.

Anyone for a limited edition Christian Lacroix bottle of
Evian? The mineral water brand has opened an online shop selling designer limited
editions and other related items such as Evian natural spring
water facial spray and bottle pourers. But Brits will have to
wait to get their hands on the merchandise, the site currently
only delivers to North America.

The new financial year will be “challenging” for
Home Retail Group, the parent company of Argos and
Homebase, which released its end-of-year trading statement today.
Like-for-like sales at Argos were up 1.9 per cent in the eight
weeks to 1st March, although Homebase posted a sales decline of
5.3 per cent.

The Telegraph says that cataloguer/retailer
Woolworths is in a legal spat with Barclays Bank over
unpaid invoices. The wrangle is said to be over £599,784
of unpaid bills.
