Marks & Spencer is using the web to expand overseas. The
company will now deliver a selection of its online offering to
Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Spain and the
US, according to The Scotsman.

Nursery products cataloguer/retailer Mamas & Papas and
shelving cataloguer BigDug are featured in The Telegraph’s “Bargain hunter” column
this week.

“Are you best off doing all your Christmas shopping at
Amazon?” asks The Times. The paper compared prices of 10
popular gifts at a number of merchants and found that Amazon
offered the best price on seven of them. WH Smith met
Amazon’s prices for two of the products, PC World
matched Amazon’s price for one item, John Lewis beat
Amazon on price for two products, and both Currys and
TheHut both beat Amazon on one product.
