Woolworths’ creditors are demanding an inquiry as to why
the business wasn’t placed in administration sooner and as to
whether it was trading insolvently, reports

.

Following the announcement made on 13th January, Paul Wright
and Val Kaye, the founders of TV-shopping business Ideal
Shopping Direct, have been successful in removing
nonexecutive chairman David Williams and two directors from the
board. Wright will now take up the position of nonexecutive
chairman and Val Kaye is appointed nonexecutive director.
