Merchants who sell via eBay will no longer be able to
leave negative comments for buyers reports The Times. From May, the online auction
house will stop sellers from posting negative comments about
late payers or virtual tyre-kickers. Sellers are angry as they
say the new system leaves them “vulnerable to extortion
with buyers wielding the ability to blacklist them without the
opportunity to defend themselves”.
