Online apparel retailer My-Wardrobe.com has seen sales
rise 169 per cent–from £1.56 million to £4.23
million–in the 12 months to the end of March, reports Nottingham Evening Post. It also witnessed
a 170 per cent rise in web visitors from 853,000 to 2.3 million
during the year. Even in the recession, the business continues
to flourish-it enjoyed a 204 per cent rise in traffic year on
year in the first quarter thanks to the launch of a menswear
offering.
Sportswear retailer JD Sports has launched Get the
Label, a website and catalogue selling discounted branded
fashion.
