Freemans Grattan Holdings has launched its
second new brand in as many years. Following the successful
launch of plus-size apparel website Curvissa
last year, the group has unveiled Swimwear365.
Aimed at women aged 25-55, FGH business unit director Diane
Fowler says the company has “created a one-stop shop for
holiday needs”. The launch is backed by an extensive media
and advertising campaign that includes social media, online ads,
direct mail and inserts into newspapers and magazines including
Closer, Now and OK.

Womenswear retailer Fenn Wright Manson has
appointed restructuring experts from Zolfo
Cooper to explore its options, writes the Independent. The article also notes that
four Fenn Wright Manson directors have recently left the
business, including Anju Mahbubani, Patrick Hollwey, Sharon Jones
and Claire Lawrence. Fenn Wright Manson’s pretax profits plunged
58 per cent to £864,213 for the year to 31 January
2011.

Game Group has been hit by supply problems
meaning it is unable to stock top titles such as Mass Effect 3.
According to the Sun, Game and publisher Electronics Arts
“had fallen out over ‘credit terms'”. The news has seen
Game’s share prices tumble.

Information services company Experian has
completed the acquisition of 192business, a
provider of online identity verification services. Following the
deal, 192business will form part of Experian’s decision analytics
business line. The buyout enables Experian to expand its new
services globally and extend the company’s reach into new
territories.
