Johnnie Boden, N Brown’s Lord
Alliance, and ASOS.com’s chief exec Nick

Dunstone of the Carphone Warehouse and Talk Talk
topped the chart, becoming Britain’s first digital billionaire.
Play.com’s founders Richard Goulding and Simon
Perree were in joint 11th place with a fortune of £160
million each. Other digital and online retailers on the list
include Nick Wheeler and Chrissie Rucker of The White
Company, £130 million; Tony and Barbara Laithwaite
of Direct Wines, £105 million;
Lakeland’s Sam Rayner, £85 million and
Christopher Watson and family of Chain Reaction
Cycles, who are worth £75 million. Steel magnate

Mittal is still worth £17.51 billion.
