Primark has confirmed the appointment of James Mooney as its new merchandising director, a Dublin based role. Mooney was previously trading director for Arcadia Group’s Topshop and Topman chains and had been with Arcadia since 2007. He was one of a number of senior Arcadia team members who left the group last April.
