The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called additional
strikes against Royal Mail for 6th November and 9th November, and
as The Times reports, these
will be “all out” strikes, with all staff walking out
simultaneously.
Meanwhile, the news that Royal Mail chief executive Adam
Crozier earned £995,000 in salary, bonuses, and benefits,
according to The Independent,
will not bolster the organisation’s case against the union.
Ikea is unlikely to sell significantly more of
its product range online in the near future, the head of the
furniture retailer’s UK business tells The Times. So far only
about 30 per cent of Ikea’s offering is sold on its website.
