US private equity firm Leonard Green is understood to have sold its 25 per cent stake in Top Shop and Top Man for $1. This a far cry from the £500 million valuation for the stake when it was acquired in 2012. The investment firm is understood to have sold the stake back to assist the Arcadia Group with its re-organisation plans which may well involve a CVA.
