The M&S management team has made some radical changes to its clothing leadership. Belinda Earl takes a sideways move from her role as style director to that of an adviser with Jill Stanton stepping in as director for womens and childrenswear. Menswear will see new blood in the shape of Wes Taylor who replaces M&S “lifer” Michael Kerr as director. Also on the way out is Queralt Ferrer who leaves her post of womenswear and lingerie design director to return to The Netherlands.
